How can I track my order?
Upon placing an order, an email receipt will be sent that contains your order number. When your order ships, you will also be sent an email containing a tracking number you can use to track your package. If you have created a Rustico account, you can login to track your order here. If you did not create an account at checkout, you can contact customer service here. Please include your name and order number with any inquiry.

What do the personalizations look like?
Personalizations are laser engraved using Garamond font. They are placed and sized to fit each product. You can see some examples here.

Why is placing my order with Rustico better than ordering from another online vendor?
At Rustico, we craft fine lifestyle accessories like handmade leather journals, logbooks, wallets, wristbands and other high quality pieces. Every piece is handmade by experienced artisans at our workshop in Orem, Utah. At the workshop we’re able to keep a close eye on quality and consistency, and make sure every Rustico customer is satisfied, each and every item passes our quality inspection prior to shipping.

Once I place my order with Rustico, how long will it take for the order to be processed and shipped?
All orders enter production within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of order. When checking your order’s status, it will say “processing” until it ships. All orders ship within 3-5 business days from when the order was placed. If you choose ground shipping, orders can take up to 7 days to be delivered from the time of shipment—depending on your location. It may take up to 12 business days for your order to arrive.

Do you ship outside of the US?
We ship to a selection of countries outside the United States. You can view which countries are available in the drop-down menu upon checkout. Is it safe to place my order online?
Rustico employs well-established and secure channels for checkout. We use the most up-to-date encryption systems to ensure that your credit card and personal information is safe and secure.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt.

How durable are your journals?
We make all of our journals with top-grain leather and bind them using a special process that pays strict attention to detail. We create each handsewn leather journal or notebook to last a lifetime of use. The way we see it, special memories last a lifetime, so the journals you keep these memories in should too.

Is there a reason why all of your products are made in the USA?
Because we make all of our products in our Utah-based studio, we know how important it is to support other local suppliers and vendors. By purchasing locally, we have more control over the quality of raw material we purchase. In the end, our customers can tell the difference in quality between handmade goods made locally and those made abroad, and having products made in the USA allows us to provide you with fine American-crafted pieces.

Where do you come up with ideas for your new products?
Simply put, our products are based on needs that we see around us every day. The first Rustico Traveler journal was created because Isaac Childs (founder of Rustico) could not find a long-lasting notebook that could withstand the beatings that come with an active and fulfilling lifestyle. Since then, our ideas have come to us by recognizing that there is something out there that could be done better. For example, our men’s Money Clip was created because most styles of men’s wallets are too bulky, cumbersome and excessive.
