Rustico Shipping Policy

We believe that genuine customer service should be at the core of every authentic company. That’s why we support everything we craft with a team of friendly customer representatives. No matter your journey, we want you spending more of your time on the trail. To ensure you’re not held back, we fully inspect, package and ship our pieces directly to you—and always in a timely manner.

Every Rustico piece is made to order. To ensure the careful quality for which we’re known, we ship orders from our studio within 1-5 business days from the order date. After shipment, delivery timeframes vary by location and depend largely on the shipping method you’ve chosen. Please place your order allowing plenty of time for production and delivery. If your order contains 10 or more items, it may require additional production time. If you need your order quicker than stated above, please let us know here. Please note that your order may be subject to a rush fee of $25.

We ship to a selection of countries outside the United States. Available countries can be viewed in the dropdown upon checkout. If you have additional questions, contact our Customer Service Department here or email for more information. International orders do not qualify for our “free shipping” offer.

Please note that once an order is in production, cancellations and order changes may not be able to be accommodated. Cancelled orders may be subject to a $15 cancellation/restocking fee. Custom orders, including orders with a personalization, may not be cancelled once in production. Please contact a customer service representative here if you have questions about this policy.

Rustico Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, or if it appears to be defective, please contact our Customer Service Department within thirty (30) days of receipt to arrange for a return or exchange*. Our Customer Service Department can be reached on our Contact Us page. We are open Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Mountain Standard Time. Please be advised that we do not accept returns on custom orders, orders that have been personalized, items with natural blemishes, or items that vary slightly in leather color from website photos (color variances occur naturally with the tanning processes we use.)
